Eight weeks of coaching and reiki for women who never stop.

"fine, thanks."

Sound familiar?

You’ve said it this week. Probably more than once.

Someone asked how you were, and you said fine, thanks, and you meant please don’t. And then you went back to your desk and did the work, because you always do the work, and that’s rather the problem.

Because here’s what’s actually true.

You read your own emails six, seven, nine times before sending them. You check your phone in bed. You can’t tell the difference anymore between a real emergency and someone else’s ordinary Tuesday. There’s a low hum under everything and you’ve stopped noticing it the way you stop noticing a fridge.

And nobody has asked, because from the outside you are absolutely fine. Better than fine. You’re the one everyone relies on.

Here’s the part I most want you to hear.

In any given week in Canada, three times as many people go to work while impaired by their mental health as stay home because of it. Thirty-six per cent had at least one day in the past week where they were so depleted or distracted that they couldn’t do their job properly — and turned up anyway. Only eleven per cent actually took the day.

(Mental Health Research Canada, 2025 — five thousand employed Canadians.)

Read that again, because it means something specific about you.

The people who are struggling are not the people who are absent. They’re the ones still going. Still delivering. Still saying fine, thanks.

You have probably decided you don’t qualify for help — that help is for people who have actually fallen over, and you haven’t. You got up, you did the day, you’ll do tomorrow.

That reasoning is exactly how women end up doing this for years.

Eight weeks. 1 thing/week. Just you & me, and a group of women doing the same thing @ the same time

It’s coaching, and it’s reiki, and the combination is deliberate.

Here’s why. Everything you already know you should be doing — asking how much time they actually want you to spend, protecting one morning of your weekend, not replying at 11pm — you already know. You’ve read the articles. You’ve listened to the podcast. You didn’t do it, and then you decided that meant something about your character.

It doesn’t. It means your nervous system currently reads that conversation as danger, and nobody can act on good advice from inside a threat response.

So we settle the body first, and then we do the work.

There are four reiki sessions, and each one is placed for a reason — the first so your body can find out this room asks nothing of it, one after each group call to settle what it stirs up, and one full uninterrupted hour at the midpoint.

That hour is what the program is named after. No goals. No check-in. Nothing required of you for sixty minutes.

When was the last time that was true?

Then, in the last two weeks, no reiki at all. That’s deliberate too. The point of this is not that you feel better in my room. The point is that you can settle yourself, on a Tuesday, at 11pm, with nobody’s hands anywhere near you.

You should finish this program needing me less than when you started. That’s the design.

THE EIGHT WEEKS

One thing a week. Never two.

Weeks 3–4 — Fill the tank before you touch anything else.

One thing a week. Never two.

Some weeks that’s a private session with me. Some weeks it’s the group, with a short private reiki session a couple of days later. It comes to about an hour a week, and it never exceeds two — because a program that adds to your week isn’t a program, it’s another obligation.

Weeks 1–2 — Put it down

Weeks 3–4 — Fill the tank before you touch anything else.

One thing a week. Never two.

We map what you’re actually carrying, and separate the anxiety that’s telling you something real from the anxiety that just lives there now. Week one ends with reiki, to help you process what we've unearthed and support you energetically in your healing.

Weeks 3–4 — Fill the tank before you touch anything else.

Weeks 3–4 — Fill the tank before you touch anything else.

Weeks 3–4 — Fill the tank before you touch anything else.

Week three is the first group call — the hour where you find out how many other people are living your exact week. Week four is a full hour of reiki with no agenda at all: no goals, no check-in, nothing asked of you. A session to shift stuck energy, just for you, to open you up for more change, growth, healing and awarness.

Weeks 5–6 — Take it back

Week 7 — The boundaries and the mask

Week 7 — The boundaries and the mask

We sort what is genuinely expected of you from what you’ve assumed and what you’ve quietly demanded of yourself. Almost all of the suffering is in the last two. Then, with the group, we build your questions — the real ones, the ones that make you easier to work with, not weaker — and practise them out loud until they’re yours.

Week 7 — The boundaries and the mask

Week 7 — The boundaries and the mask

Week 7 — The boundaries and the mask

Boundaries built for a job that has real emergencies, not fantasy ones. And the harder conversation: which parts of yourself you’ve been folding away to fit, and what that’s costing you.

Week 8 — Take it with you

Week 7 — The boundaries and the mask

Week 8 — Take it with you

One page. Your practice, your questions, your non-negotiables, and a plan for the bad months — because they’re coming, and the time to decide what you’ll do is now, while you’re steady. Then we close the circle together.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

CORE PROGRAM

$950. Payable in two instalments of $500 if that’s easier — one on booking, one before week five.

8 private sessions with me

One every week, no exceptions and no gaps.

4 reiki sessions

planned when they help the most: one in week one, one after each group call and an in-depth dession at the midpoint, designed to clear any blockages and stuck energy.

3 group calls

with a circle of no more than six women in the same years of practice as you.

A workbook

and a six-minute daily practice that sits in the time increments you actively work in.

Direct access to me between sessions

weekdays, answered the same day.

There's no reiki in the last two weeks, on purpose. The point isn’t that you feel better in my room — it’s that by week eight you can settle yourself without it.

ABOUT THE CIRCLE

Eight women. That’s the maximum, and it’s the point.

The first group call is the one where somebody says the thing she was certain was only true of her — and seven other women quietly put their hands up.

Two rules hold the circle:

Nothing is recorded.

And nothing about your workplace comes into it.

It's a safe, private sp

THE first COHORT

This is the first cohort, and there are eight places.

I’m running it at pilot pricing, because you’ll be helping me build it. In exchange for the reduced rate, I’ll ask you for three things at the end: a short written testimonial, a 30-minute conversation about what worked and what didn’t, and permission to use your before-and-after numbers anonymously.

That’s the whole trade, and it’s the only time this program will be offered at this price.

$950

Over 11 hours of coaching, reiki or group coaching. Plus takeaway activities to integrate the work we're doing together into your practice.

Payable in two instalments of $500 if that’s easier — one on booking, one before week five.

From the second cohort onward, Off the Record is $2,000.

Everything is included: eight private sessions, four reiki sessions, the three group calls, the workbook, and access to me between sessions.

WHO I AM

I’m Richelle. I’m an authenticity coach and a reiki practitioner, and I work with women who have become very good at appearing fine.

I know what it costs to build a version of yourself that other people can be comfortable with, and to wear it for so long that you lose track of what’s underneath. I know burnout from the inside. I got out of it, and I did not do it alone — I had coaches, mentors, guides and counsellors, and every one of them mattered.

That’s the seat I’m sitting in now.

IS THIS YOU?

This is probably for you if:

  •   you’re still functioning — the work is getting done, the reviews are fine — and something underneath is not
  • you’ve been saying fine, thanks for longer than you can remember
  • you have things you’re not asking for
  • you can’t tell the difference anymore between a real emergency and someone else’s ordinary Tuesday
  • you’ve started wondering whether you should leave, and can’t tell whether that’s clarity or exhaustion
  • you’ve quietly decided you don’t qualify for help because you haven’t actually fallen over

This is probably not for you if:

  •   you want career strategy or business coaching — that’s a different person, and I’ll happily point you toward one
  • you’re in crisis right now. If you’re in real distress you deserve clinical care, and that comes first. Tell me and I’ll help you find it.
  • you’re hoping to be handed a system. This is your work. I’ll be right beside you while you do it.

THE QUESTIONS YOU'RE PROBABLY ASKING

Please reach us at richellemolaro@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

That’s a completely reasonable place to start, and you’re far from the first. You don’t need to believe in anything. You need to lie down for forty minutes in a quiet room where nothing is required of you and see what your body does. Some people feel warmth. Some feel heavy. Some fall asleep within ten minutes — which tells you something on its own about how depleted they were. Some feel nothing the first time. All of those are normal, and none of them require you to adopt a worldview.

No. I’m not a therapist and coaching isn’t treatment. If what’s going on for you needs clinical care, I’ll say so plainly and help you find it. Plenty of women do both.

I know. That’s the most common thing I hear, and it’s the reason the program exists. You do not have to have fallen over to be allowed to stop.

No. Everything between us is confidential, and nothing is recorded.

You don’t need them. It’s one thing a week — about an hour, and never more than two. Four of the eight weeks are a single 60-minute session and nothing else. Sessions run early morning or evening and we schedule around your week, not mine. When something explodes, we move it — that’s not a failure, that’s life.

But I’ll be honest with you: if you can’t find one hour a week for the next two months, that is itself the most useful piece of information on this whole page.

? Then you’ll decide it from a settled place instead of a desperate one. I don’t have a preferred outcome. Some women finish this and stay, in a job that finally fits. Some change how they work. Some leave. All three are fine by me.

Possibly. Many employers have a wellness or professional development allowance, and coaching and energy work are covered under some plans. Worth asking — and I can provide an invoice with whatever detail they need.

APPLY

Eight places. Applications are open now.

Fill this in and I’ll be in touch within two days to arrange a 30-minute conversation — no charge, and no pitch. You tell me what’s going on. I’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right thing for you, and if it isn’t, I’ll tell you what is.

Nothing is decided until after we’ve spoken.
